This clarification text has been prepared for the purpose of informing all non-real persons whose personal data are processed in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform" and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform regarding your personal data collected, stored and processed by our company.

The concepts of personal data, sensitive personal data, data processing, data subject and data controller used in this disclosure text are used in accordance with the definitions made in the KVKK.

The concept of "Personal Data" in the KVKK refers to all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; The concept of "Processing of Personal Data" refers to all kinds of operations performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganising, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system.

Special Categories of Personal Data: Data on race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and genetic data are special categories of personal data.

Related Person: The real persons whose personal data are processed are customers, employees, employee candidates, suppliers and their employees, partners, other third party real persons within the scope of the contract made with the Institution. Our employees whose data are processed in our company are defined as the relevant person within the scope of the Law.

Data Controller: The person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, establishes and manages the data recording system where the data is systematically processed and stored is the data controller. ŞTİ. acts in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Article 6 of the Law on the processing of Special Qualified Personal Data and Articles 8 and 9 on the transfer of personal data and the legislation published by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In order to transfer special categories of data, it is mandatory to obtain the explicit consent of the data subject, except for the exceptions stated in Article 6 of the Law and listed below.

Relevant exceptions; Personal data of special nature relating to the health and sexual life of the data subject can only be transferred without explicit consent by persons or authorised institutions and organisations under the obligation of confidentiality for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services and financing.

Your personal data may be transferred to the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, all kinds of judicial authorities, your authorised representatives, lawyers, third parties from whom we receive consultancy, including tax and financial advisors, regulatory and supervisory bodies, official authorities, our business partners and company shareholders with whom we cooperate to develop or carry out business within the scope of the Law and other legislation and for the limited purposes stated above. Your personal data may be transferred abroad when the legal infrastructure required in Article 9 of the KVKK is formed or with your explicit consent.

Personal data, information that we personally request from you due to legitimate interest, your personal data that you share with us within the scope of business relationship, your contract information, invoice information, digital applications made through our websites, information you transmit via e-mail, petitions and applications, forms you fill out, legal notifications, application information made to our company within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK are collected in electronic and physical environments and stored within the scope of legal periods and conditions required by the business.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Art. 5/2-c : "Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract",

Personal Data Protection Law Art. 5/2-ç : "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation",

Personal Data Protection Law Art. 5/2-e : "Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" is collected and processed based on at least one of the legal reasons and, when necessary, on the provision of Explicit Consent.

Our company does not collect data without a valid purpose and a valid legal reason or explicit consent.

The Company informs the personal data owner of the rights of the personal data owner in accordance with Article 10 of the KVK Law and guides the personal data owner on how to exercise these rights.

As a data subject, by applying to our company in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK;

You can submit your applications within the scope of Article 11 of the Law by bringing your wet signed written application to our address in person or by filling out the "Application Form in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data" at the web address ''www.platinturkiye.com.tr'' and delivering it to our company's address in person, sending it through a notary public or sending it via secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail notified by you to our company and registered in our company's system.

Your requests in your application will be finalised free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged.
